UniBourne was founded in 2015 by the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Mahesh Shavdia, Mr. Pankaj Vora, and Mr. Hitesh Mota, and was taken forward under the leadership of Mr. Aditya Shavdia.

An Electronics Engineer from California University, Mr. Aditya Shavdia returned to India with aspirations beyond his academic discipline. Although he had no formal education in food technology, his passion for the food ingredients industry led him to learn the business from the ground up. Guided by some of the industry's most respected pioneers, he immersed himself in understanding ingredients, applications, and customer challenges; one step at a time.
What began with a team of just five people has today evolved into a family of over 100 professionals, united by a common purpose: creating ingredient solutions that help food businesses innovate with confidence. More than a decade later, UniBourne stands as a trusted partner to manufacturers across India, continuously transforming ideas into commercially successful food solutions.
